Can be difficult to interact with some refineries
I feel that it's kind of weird interacting with the cooking spit. You have to look at awkward angles to get the meat of it.

On the cooking spit, we have to select a different interaction spot to get the cooked meat than we add to it. These should be the SAME SPOT. We should only have to select one spot to add the meat, and the same spot to get the cooked meat, the game swap between states of this based on the status of the meat (raw vs. cooked). -

Gonna MergedI have meat, wolf heart, and boar ribs. The cooking pit lets me cook the meat, then tells me to add the boar ribs that I have, but does not add them. I tried dropping the boar ribs and cooking the wolf heart but still cooking spit tells me to add the boar ribs. I then ate the boar ribs raw (they don't get added to the cooking pit) and still with no boar ribs anywhere in my base I get offered to add the boar ribs to the cooking pit and I can't coo anything else that is not standard meat.

SHtomp MergedCooking-spit: To take food off the cooking spit I need to click in the air above the main bar.
Forge: If I have a roof right above the forge it is awkward to add metal to it because the active point is hidden by the roof (I should add there is no roof where I am standing). -

Douglas Lloyd MergedI am just starting out in the game, but I find that interacting with the spit vs the fire is a little bit annoying. It's a little difficult to choose the spit rather than the fire, that is. Perhaps change the range of interaction to better suit.

Vasthi MergedOnce you gather a lot of ores 300+ it is quite boring/annoying to manage/produce 10 stacks.
It would be also cool once you have the advanced chest that this is not necessary anymore, to pick wood, coal, ore in your inventory - like for the crafting buildings. -
