Power outage caused corrupt game issue.
I had a power outage today and when I went to reload my game it said the save was corrupt. It let me load a save from a few minutes prior. My character is in the same place and my inventory is the same. However my base is gone and my quest progression is gone. Also when I travel back through the portal to the starting island I can't open the door. Is there anything I can do to restore my game?

Greetings! We're sorry to hear this happened.
When you launch the game, instead of selecting "Continue", click "Start Game". There you will see your existing worlds. If you select (not start) your corrupted world, there is a Save tab above that should include any saves, including autosaves. Please try one of these and see if perhaps one of the backups is still intact. You may lose a small bit of progress, but the autosave interval is pretty generous.
