Bug: Side mouse button (mouse 5) can't be used as a keybind for any of the character screen menus.
Keybinding mouse5 to crafting, skills, quests, map or character screen behaves incorrectly - the menu will flash up briefly and then disappear. Binding them to mouse4 however works just fine. Seems to be just mouse5 that won't work - at least for me. Same results if I use the optional binding field as well.
My mouse is a Logitech G502 Hero.

I am using a Razer Basilisk v3 and having the same issue. It was working perfectly fine yesterday but when go to play today, this issue has started to happen. I have tried to remap the button and its exactly the same the side mouse button 1 works perfectly fine but side mouse button 2 will not work at all. Its only on this game, all other games the button works fine.
Any help would be great! thank you!

Micah Anderson AdminCurrently the only way to map this is if the device itself through the mouse software is not using [Back] as the button its mapping. Back triggers our menus to close. So you are opening then closing the menus instantaneously.
We will look into addressing this at some point.
