  That's really not the feeling I got. It was a flicker of, "Oh, what? Why is this a thing?" and then it just was not. It makes sense because the purpose of the plot is you're supposed to do the various trials before you can go wreck house. I'm not say that this idea is a bad one, since the dev/devs have only used about 9 of the entire Greek Pantheon. Apate is the goddess of deception, so I'd be completely game to have a shrine to her with an arbitrary trial like, "Go offer 5,000,000,000 gold ingots to enter." and the actual way to get in was through the top or just open the door by hitting it.
  
  But my point is that I don't think this was a bug as much as it was a design choice followed by the realization of what an open top shrine could mean and the executive decision to hitbox block it.

  I know what you mean. Its a design choice nothing wrong with it. You just need to do the trail, otherrwise it will be easy yo finish it.
