We have icons for every item that we see in our inventory. I suggest giving players the opportunity to label boxes with these icons, Just apply them as a sticker on either side of the box. The size that would fit on the side.

Please maybe also a visible sight of the chest interior, e.g. to put a photo-sign of the material on the chest. In Minecraft you can put a frame on a box and put the material in the frame.

Allow for naming of storage chests and also allow for higher tier chests that have more storage slots.
