Issues with MalwareBytes

when i returned my crash notice from this pc moments ago i find that Malware bytes had just complete
completed a scan,could this be the cause,

pink spider Mergedlost sound & ability to save/exit.had to exit via windows key.(again malware bytes had popped up ?
last time i had an issue malware bytes had also left a screen message.(Unknown timing sequence,just a thought)
