Borderless Windowed Mode switching to windowed

When selecting borderless windowed mode in the options, the games works for about a second or two and then the game seems to switch into windowed mode (I can see my taskbar appear on top of the screen, that is my taskbar default location) and the character doesn't react to my mouse movements. I need to hit ESC in order to change it back to fullscreen in the options. I am using an 3070 TI and my settings are at ULTRA everywhere (no lag issues so far).
