Can't see torches on buildings unless standing really close

At night, I put down some standing torches around my base so I could see it from a distance, but the light wasn't visible from very far away. This is immersion breaking considering how far away you can see even a candle from.

PingeyI HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM IT REALLY KILLS THE AMBIANCE. even in the same room its mostly dark
