Issue binding number keys with azerty keyboard

when i try to bind the number of the red zone on the image (the one on top of keyboard) it doesn't work ,the key stay blank.
Only 2 key "works" :
4 wich show " (in azerty should be ' or 4 in caplock)
6 wich show - but would be easier if show 6 without having caplock on.
No problems with green zone i can use the pad but it's harder to play with hotbar bind in mouse hand ^^
