Can we please add a Hold (Shift) to Sprint option.

This was added in 0.1.5.0 on November 22nd.

The Settings now have the option to set Sprint to Hold or Toggle (for both Keyboard and Controller).

Ah, so that's why I keep running out of stamina!

Yeah, the option to toggle sprint (and crouch) is a mainstay in most games now.
